·               Assumed overall responsibility for managing the Service Monitoring team within Lifecycle Quality Assurance group responsible for product quality improvement of AT&T mobile services and applications. 

·               Oversaw national deployment of automation framework and platform to enable automated testing across AT&T’s national mobility network and was key resource in successfully completing large scale project to expand the use of the tool to support real-time monitoring and alarm for AT&T Global Network Operations team.

·               Served as subject matter expert for automated end-to-end testing of mobility services and as key technical resource for various projects within AT&T requiring automated testing capabilities. ·               Consultant for Cingular Wireless in the Quality Engineering group.  Performed wide variety of tasks including handset certification testing, data application testing, and automation development to test data services for Cingular handsets.  Experience developing test cases, executing test plans, and creating test requirements using Mercury tools suite. 

·               Performed functional, system, and integration testing of data services for all new Cingular handsets.  Core functional areas tested included SMS, MMS, e-mail client, web browser, camera, Bluetooth transceiver, and other core data functions.

·               Responsible for writing and executing test cases using Mercury Test Director to validate new software revisions on WAP Gateway platform, performance of new handsets/mobile terminals utilizing WAP 2.0 specification, and new multimedia messaging features being launched by AT&T Wireless.

·               Technical support engineer in the Customer Advocacy group. Primary job functions included providing 24x7 Tier 3 support to external customers for Netro’s Angel fixed-wireless broadband system and to travel on-site to customer locations and provide technical support for trials and deployments. 

·               Responsible for configuring/verifying equipment prior to customer delivery, including network management system, base station equipment, CPE equipment, Cisco routers, and system software.

·               Primary responsibility was providing Tier 3 engineering 24x7 on-call escalation support to Tier 2 network operations center and field technicians.
